Rosemary Chocolate tart

Himalayan pink sea salt chocolate ganache encases in oat pastry, hazelnut and Rosemary sorbet, dark chocolate fudge.

The Allotment signature Wild Mushroom Parfait

Sauteed Shiitake with thyme and garlic creamed with wild mushroom stock, red wine reduction and raw cashew’s; Merlot vinegar and foraged blackberries; Oat crackers.


Cauliflower Hot Wings

The Allotment’s famous Cauliflower, fried in a secret blend of spices, served with Aioli.

Peppered Steak and Mash

Peppered Confit d’aubergine steak, roast garlic and sage pomme purée, smoked cured celeriac, butternut squash, wilted greens and Demi glaze.


Salt-baked Pineapple

Golden salt-crusted pineapple, turmeric marzipan; Caramelised banana ice cream, nutmeg granola.
